प्रत्येक स्थानीय तहमा एक स्थानीय सञ्चित कोष रहने, स्थानीय तहले प्राप्त गर्ने सबै राजस्व, संघ र प्रदेश सरकारबाट प्राप्त अनुदान, ऋण तथा अन्य आय यसै कोषमा जम्मा हुने र कानून बमोजिम खर्च हुने व्यवस्था छ।
