धारा २६९ बमोजिम राजनीतिक दलको गठन, सञ्चालन वा प्रचारप्रसारमा प्रतिबन्ध लगाउने कानून, व्यवस्था वा निर्णय स्वतः अमान्य हुने; एकदलीय व्यवस्था लाद्ने व्यवस्था पनि अमान्य हुने (धारा २७०)।
