संघीय संसद् र प्रदेश सभा निर्वाचनका लागि निर्वाचन क्षेत्र निर्धारण गर्न सर्वोच्च अदालतका सेवानिवृत्त न्यायाधीशको अध्यक्षतामा नेपाल सरकारले निर्वाचन क्षेत्र निर्धारण आयोग गठन गर्न सक्ने (धारा २८६)।
